On one hand, the location was fantastic, near the beach and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. the hotel was clean, the pool was a nice touch, and the staff was accommodating. However, the lack of proper room maintenance was a letdown. the odor in the room was unpleasant, and the noise from other guests kept me up at night, affecting my rest. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to Pier Park and other attractions was a definite plus. I appreciated the efforts of the staff in resolving a billing concern promptly, showcasing their professionalism. In conclusion, Candlewood Suites - Panama City Beach Pier Park has its advantages, especially for those looking for a convenient location and a pet-friendly environment.
